We have three of the large proto-pod units that we are using to process our kitchen scraps from our commercial kitchen. We are finding it very hard to process the material without the waste becoming a soup or stew type of mush after the bsf have released the liquid from the material. Any ideas on effectively removing most moisture before adding it to the pods?
