Post Eggs but not BSF
Hope everybody is doing good.

I had stopped the idea of having BSF because of a fly that comes in and lays the same eggs as the BSF.

Now I am starting again and the same strange fly comes back and lays eggs in the place where the BSF should lay them, here are some photos, anybody can share some information on this? Will this be a pest.

For me this is the bad fruir fly, I am not sure because it looks bigger than the other fruit flys.

Thanks.

Jubahn

Have you seen that fly lay the eggs in there with your own eyes? Generally fruit flies want to lay eggs directly onto the food waste.
