Post What to do with the biopod leachate?
Hi all - quick question: if we use post-consumer kitchen waste in our biopod, we tend to get a lot of leachate draining out...what do you normally do with it? Can it be processed into a valuable item in itself somehow? I would prefer not to simply ditch it or toss it into the compost pile. Thanks for your suggestions in advance!

There was an outfit in the US that was selling it by the bottle but I just checked their website and they no longer show it. I think they were marketing it as plant fertilizer.

With worm bin leachate there are contradicting recommendations with some saying that it's not good at all. Remember that this is for the leachate not teas made from soaking castings in fresh water.

Your compost pile is a safe bet :D
