Does anyone have any idea how to go about seperating the BSF larvae from the waste, without hurting the larvae? Any ideas or knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Tommie welcome to our forum :) If you'd like you can introduce yourself here (link).

Where are you located? In most climates the adult BSF are not present during the winter so no new eggs are laid. During this period you can wait for all the larvae to crawl off then harvest the frass.

Thank you boreal wormer!!!
That is what I was thinking but my bsf bin is getting very full... these things are gluttons lol. I live in North Texas in the Texoma area. And yes sir I will head over there now and post an introduction.

P.S. I dont think the bin will completley fill up with frass ( thank you for the correct term :D) as long as summer decides to end about mid october like usual. If it holds out longer I may have to figure something out.
