I've split your question off into it's own topic. I don't know of anyone selling them for human consumption but there is a thread about Entomophagy (link) which is about raising insects in various stages for bait, pet feed and human food.

There is also this thread (link) about a proposed Tabletop Insect Farm - "Make your own protein snacks at home with this tabletop insect farm"
