 Re: The fly has bitten
Hi All I replaced the food, the larvae were looking as if they were not eating much....so i remove all the old left over food. I added corn to get the bin drier. This so far seamed to work well. most of the larvae are still under the corn eating..look happy... a few have started walking of. I filled the base of the container using worm casting... Now into the next phase....nursing the larvae until they go into flies and then more eggs???????

 Re: The fly has bitten
Most/all of the larvae have all moved into a dryer space, they have crawled off going into the pupae stage...next challenge getting more eggs from these larvae. Outside I have not managed to collected any more eggs so this larvae is it... unless I get more eggs outside. From these larvae I need eggs
